化學成分
製造磨礦介質所用鋼坯為各種規格的優質碳素鋼和合金鋼熱軋(或連鑄)圓鋼棒。圓鋼棒的直徑必須與所軋鋼球的公稱直徑相等。每根圓鋼棒料的長度通常為6米。
常用的鋼坯的化學成分如下:
C:0.42-0.90% | Si:≤2.0% |
Cr:≤1.0% | Mo,V,Ti,Cu:≤0.5% |
Ni:≤0.5% | P:≤0.050% |
Mn:≤1.2% | S:≤0.050% |
B2材料
C:0.75-0.85% | Si:0.15-0.35% |
Cr:0.50-0.60% | Mo,V,Ti,Cu:≤0.5% |
Ni:≤0.5% | P:≤0.050% |
Mn:0.70-0.90% | S:≤0.050% |
B3材料
C:0.58-0.66% | Si:1.40-1.90% |
Cr:0.70-0.90% | Mo,V,Ti,Cu:≤0.5% |
Ni:≤0.5% | P:≤0.050% |
Mn:0.65-0.80% | S:≤0.050% |
B6材料
C:0.70-0.90% | Si:0.20-0.40% |
